About The Position

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time telehealth position supporting clients in Oklahoma. As an LMFT in this role, you will help clients navigate relationship concerns, family dynamics, emotional struggles, and personal stressors through scheduled virtual sessions. The day-to-day work includes assessment, treatment planning, direct therapy, and progress monitoring. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who want a steady weekday schedule and a fully remote setup without losing the clinical depth of their work.

Requirements

• Active LMFT license in Oklahoma
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
• Strong understanding of family systems and relational therapy
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and on time
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
• Assess mental health, behavioral, and relational concerns
• Create and update individualized treatment plans
• Document session notes and clinical records in a timely manner
• Guide clients through conflict resolution and behavior change strategies
• Track treatment outcomes and adjust care as needed
