About The Position
This full-time remote opportunity is for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who wants to focus on direct client care in a structured telehealth setting. You will work with clients dealing with family stress, relationship issues, communication problems, emotional concerns, and day-to-day mental health needs. The role requires strong clinical organization, thoughtful treatment planning, and the ability to build trust through virtual care.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Active LMFT license in the state of Maryland
- Experience providing therapy to couples, families, and individual clients
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation and treatment planning
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
- Excellent communication and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy through secure telehealth sessions
- Work with individuals, couples, and families on a range of behavioral health concerns
- Complete assessments and establish treatment objectives
- Track client progress and update care plans as clinically appropriate
- Maintain thorough and compliant session documentation
