Conduct virtual intake assessments and risk screens
Provide ongoing, scheduled therapy sessions
Set and review treatment goals with each client
Keep detailed progress notes and clinical summaries
Join case consultations and contribute to care planning
Offer clinical insight when new processes are tested or updated
Active Washington license: LMHC, LICSW, LMFT
Graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or similar field
Experience using evidence-based approaches for anxiety, depression, and trauma
Comfortable with technology and remote work routines
