About The Position
We are seeking a full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our remote team in North Carolina. This role offers the opportunity to help families and individuals navigate challenging life moments in a flexible and fulfilling environment.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Active LMFT license in North Carolina
- 2+ years of experience in therapy
- Strong communication and time-management skills

Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy services via telehealth
- Create tailored treatment plans based on client needs
- Use a solution-focused approach to therapy
- Document and update client progress regularly
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
