About The Position
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Washington Job Summary: This role supports Washington residents through ongoing teletherapy services. You will focus on assessment, treatment planning, and follow-up within a defined care framework. Daily work centers on therapy delivery rather than administrative overload. Requirements
- Active Washington LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- At least 2 years of licensed clinical experience
- Reliable private workspace
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions
- Complete intake evaluations and notes
- Maintain compliance documentation
- Monitor treatment progress
- Follow Washington telehealth guidelines
