About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide high-quality virtual care to clients across Maryland. In this role, you will assist individuals, couples, and families in addressing relationship challenges, family stress, emotional concerns, and behavioral patterns that impact daily life. This is a client-centered position offering a consistent schedule and the opportunity to deliver focused therapy in a remote setting.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Active LMFT license in the state of Maryland
- Experience providing therapy to couples, families, and individual clients
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation and treatment planning
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
- Excellent communication and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with adult, adolescent, couple, and family clients as appropriate
- Identify treatment needs through clinical assessments and intake sessions
- Create and maintain effective treatment plans
- Record progress notes and other required clinical documentation in a timely manner
- Help clients build healthier communication, coping, and relationship strategies
