You will provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families while supporting clinical quality through structured case review and oversight responsibilities. Requirements
- Active Indiana LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience working with couples and family systems
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Comfortable managing a full virtual caseload
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth therapy for individuals, couples, and families
- Conduct relational assessments and establish treatment goals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support associate clinicians through case consultation or supervision
- Review treatment progress and adjust approaches as needed
- Ensure services meet Indiana regulatory standards
