About The Position
We’re seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join a remote behavioral health team serving clients throughout Maryland. This role centers on helping people improve family dynamics, strengthen relationships, manage emotional challenges, and work through personal or interpersonal concerns in a virtual setting. You will spend your day providing therapy, documenting sessions, and guiding clients through practical, clinically sound treatment strategies.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Active LMFT license in the state of Maryland
- Experience providing therapy to couples, families, and individual clients
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation and treatment planning
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
- Excellent communication and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
- Assess presenting concerns and create appropriate treatment goals
- Provide ongoing therapeutic support based on evidence-based practices
- Keep accurate progress notes and treatment documentation
- Identify changes in client needs and respond with appropriate clinical interventions
