About The Position

We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join a remote behavioral health team in a full-time telehealth role. The therapist in this position will support clients navigating relationship concerns, family conflict, stress, emotional health issues, and major life changes. You will play an important part in helping clients strengthen communication, process challenges, and make steady progress through consistent therapeutic care.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
• Active LMFT license in New Jersey
• Experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical setting
• Strong assessment, communication, and treatment planning skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
• Evaluate client history, symptoms, and treatment needs
• Create individualized treatment plans with clear clinical goals
• Document assessments, session notes, and progress updates accurately
• Provide ongoing therapeutic support using appropriate clinical methods
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all clinical regulations
