About The Position
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Arkansas Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Role Summary This telehealth position supports individuals, couples, and families across Arkansas. You will provide therapy while contributing to consistent clinical approaches and documentation standards within a remote care environment. Requirements
- Active Arkansas Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related discipline
- At least 2 years of post-licensure experience
Nice To Haves
- Telehealth experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual therapy to individuals and family systems
- Create and adjust treatment plans based on client needs
- Document sessions accurately and efficiently
- Review clinical notes for quality and clarity
- Participate in case planning conversations
- Maintain compliance with Arkansas LMFT requirements
