About The Position
We are hiring a licensed mental health therapist to provide telehealth services to adult clients across Indiana. You will handle assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy while meeting documentation and compliance expectations. Requirements
- Active Indiana LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT license
- Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
- Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
- Experience with EHR systems
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth psychotherapy sessions
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Track progress and adjust treatment as appropriate
- Follow Indiana licensing and clinical standards
