About The Position
We are recruiting a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote opportunity. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys helping clients work through family stress, partnership issues, life changes, and emotional health concerns in a practical and structured way. You will conduct therapy sessions online, support treatment planning, maintain documentation, and help clients develop healthier ways of relating and coping. Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
- Active New Jersey LMFT license in good standing
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working in a remote/telehealth setting
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
- Identify client needs through assessment and clinical conversation
- Develop, implement, and update treatment plans
- Provide support for relationship concerns, family conflict, and emotional challenges
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time
- Track outcomes and adjust interventions as appropriate
