About The Position

We are currently hiring a licensed mental health therapist to support adult clients throughout California via telehealth. This position involves clinical assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy delivered within an organized remote care system. This role is suited for clinicians seeking dependable remote work with a defined schedule.

Requirements

• Active California LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field
• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
• Experience using electronic health record systems

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
• Perform intake assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Create and manage individualized treatment plans
• Maintain complete and accurate clinical records
• Practice in alignment with California clinical standards
