About The Position
This role is for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who prefers structured workdays and meaningful clinical outcomes. You will deliver therapy to individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform. The focus is on practical intervention, relational patterns, and long-term progress rather than volume-driven care.
Requirements
- Active Oklahoma Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience working with relational and systemic issues
- Comfortable providing therapy in a telehealth setting
- Strong organization and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions remotely
- Complete clinical intakes and relational assessments
- Design and adjust treatment plans based on session outcomes
- Document sessions accurately and on schedule
- Apply evidence-based family systems approaches
- Follow Oklahoma LMFT practice standards and ethics
