About The Position

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: New York Role Description This position provides virtual therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. You’ll work with relational dynamics, guide clients through treatment goals, and deliver consistent care in a telehealth environment. Continue your therapy work in a virtual setting built for stability and long-term care.

Requirements

• Active New York LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Clinical experience with relational systems
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Telehealth experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy
• Complete clinical intakes and ongoing assessments
• Establish and track treatment goals
• Maintain timely and accurate records
• Follow New York LMFT practice requirements
