This position focuses on providing therapy to couples, families, and individuals throughout Indiana using a secure virtual platform. You will address relationship dynamics, life stressors, and behavioral concerns while also supporting associate clinicians through clinical supervision and case consultation. Requirements
- Active Indiana LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience working with relational and family systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Develop treatment plans rooted in systemic therapy models
- Provide clinical supervision and case consultation
- Maintain accurate and compliant client records
- Participate in peer reviews and care coordination
- Evaluate treatment effectiveness and modify plans
