About The Position
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Washington Position Overview This position delivers virtual therapy services to individuals and families across Washington. You will work with a consistent caseload and focus on treatment progress without the demands of in-person scheduling. Take your clinical skills into a role designed for consistency, balance, and remote care delivery.
Requirements
- Active Washington LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience working with diverse client needs
- Reliable internet and private workspace for telehealth
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms
- Assess client needs and set measurable treatment goals
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical notes
- Participate in care coordination as needed
- Uphold state and professional practice standards
