About The Position
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), you will provide critical support to individuals and families navigating life's challenges. This remote, full-time role allows you to make a direct, positive impact on people’s mental health and relationships. You will be the go-to person for offering therapeutic interventions, treatment plans, and ongoing support in a telehealth environment.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
- Valid LMFT license in Virginia
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect remotely with clients
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms
- Assess client needs and create personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate client records, tracking progress and treatment outcomes
- Provide evidence-based therapy for a variety of mental health concerns
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed
- Ensure all documentation is in compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
