About The Position

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Location: Mesquite, NV Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary Provide telehealth therapy to Nevada clients with a consistent weekday schedule. You’ll handle assessments, ongoing sessions, and treatment planning supported by clear documentation standards.

Requirements

• Active Nevada license: LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline
• Therapy experience preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth tools and remote routines

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions
• Conduct assessments and diagnostic impressions
• Create and maintain treatment plans
• Document progress notes in EMR
• Participate in consults and meetings
• Follow safety protocols and escalation guidelines
