About The Position

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Vermont Role Snapshot This role is built for a Vermont-licensed LMFT who wants to focus on meaningful therapy work without in-person clinic demands. You’ll work with individuals, couples, and families through scheduled virtual sessions, helping clients improve communication, manage conflict, and navigate major life changes. Requirements

• Active Vermont LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience working with relational or family-based cases
• Comfortable delivering therapy in a virtual setting

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Assess relational dynamics and develop clear treatment goals
• Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with regulations
• Track client progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Follow Vermont LMFT scope of practice and ethical guidelines
