About The Position
We’re hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a part-time telehealth role serving clients in a remote setting. In this position, you will help individuals, couples, and families address emotional, relational, and behavioral concerns through virtual therapy sessions. The role includes assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and ongoing support designed to help clients improve communication, manage conflict, and move toward realistic therapeutic goals.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Active Georgia LMFT license in good standing
- Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting preferred
- Strong understanding of family systems, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Provide remote therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
- Complete clinical assessments and gather background information
- Build treatment plans based on client presentation and goals
- Maintain timely, accurate session notes and records
- Support clients with family conflict, relationship issues, stress, and emotional challenges
- Reassess progress and adapt treatment approaches as needed
