About The Position
We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide virtual therapy to clients across Texas. This role is designed for clinicians who want predictable hours and a focused caseload while continuing meaningful work with individuals, couples, and families. Your sessions support emotional stability, communication skills, and long-term progress.
Requirements
- Active Texas LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience delivering outpatient mental health therapy
- Comfortable working in a remote care environment
- Strong organization and clinical documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Complete clinical assessments and define treatment goals
- Maintain accurate and timely session documentation
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Review client progress and adjust care plans
