About The Position

This role supports individuals, couples, and families through virtual therapy sessions focused on communication patterns, relationship dynamics, and life transitions. As an LMFT, your day-to-day work centers on assessment, treatment planning, and consistent follow-up care without the administrative weight of private practice management.

Requirements

• Active Tennessee LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• 2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience
• Experience working with relational and family systems
• Ability to manage a full remote caseload

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth
• Assess relational and behavioral patterns affecting client wellbeing
• Develop clear treatment plans with measurable goals
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation
• Participate in clinical collaboration when appropriate
