About The Position

We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide brief, evidence-based therapy in an integrated primary care setting. You’ll support adult patients managing anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions while coordinating closely with the care team for a streamlined, supportive experience.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
• Active California LMFT license (AMFT accepted; supervision provided)
• Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience
• Working knowledge of DSM-5 and evidence-based approaches
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems (OCHIN Epic preferred)

Nice To Haves

• Integrated care or community health experience
• Trauma-informed care training
• Spanish fluency is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term therapy (10–12 sessions) using evidence-based approaches
• Conduct screenings for trauma exposure and substance use concerns
• Collaborate with primary care providers on coordinated treatment planning
• Provide referrals and resource connections as appropriate
• Complete timely clinical documentation in the EMR
• Participate in case consults and interdisciplinary meetings
