About The Position

This LMFT role is ideal for a therapist who wants to work from home while maintaining a stable, weekday schedule. You’ll provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families via video, with support from an organized team and clear clinical expectations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related behavioral health field
• Active Tennessee LMFT license
• At least 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure preferred
• Experience working with couples and family systems
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records

Responsibilities

• Hold scheduled virtual sessions with a panel of clients each week
• Perform assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and initial treatment planning
• Deliver ongoing therapy focused on relational patterns and family systems
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate notes and treatment plans in the EHR
• Take part in regular supervision, team meetings, and professional development opportunities
• Connect clients to additional resources and coordinate care when needed

Benefits

• Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually
• Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
