About The Position
We re seeking a skilled LMFT to join our team and provide high-quality virtual care. In this full-time, remote role, you ll work with clients who are seeking therapy to address relationship and family dynamics. Your expertise will guide them through their challenges while maintaining professional, compassionate care.
Requirements
- Master 's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
- Valid LMFT license in Virginia
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect remotely with clients
Responsibilities
- Conduct video therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
- Develop and implement customized therapeutic interventions
- Document client progress and update treatment plans regularly
- Provide support for clients dealing with relationship issues, stress, and family conflict
- Stay current with best practices and professional development
