About The Position
We are hiring an Indiana-licensed LMFT to provide virtual therapy for individuals, couples, and families. This role focuses on relational work, communication patterns, and family dynamics while also supporting clinical quality through case guidance and supervision. The work is structured, consistent, and centered on practical progress for clients.
Requirements
- Active Indiana LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience with couples and family systems
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Comfortable managing a virtual caseload
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Assess relational patterns and define treatment goals
- Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation
- Provide supervision and consultation to associate therapists
- Review cases for ethical and regulatory alignment
- Adjust treatment strategies based on outcomes
