About The Position

In this position, you will provide therapy to adults through telehealth, follow clear treatment processes, and work within a clinical structure designed to support consistency and long-term outcomes. This role is ideal for clinicians who value focus, routine, and meaningful one-on-one work.

Requirements

• Active North Carolina LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Counseling, MFT, or related field
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Comfortable working full-time in a remote setting

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms
• Complete intake assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
• Create and maintain treatment plans
• Document sessions and progress notes accurately
• Coordinate care with internal clinical teams
• Follow state, ethical, and organizational standards
