About The Position

This role involves providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families dealing with emotional, behavioral, and relationship-related concerns. The therapist will meet with clients virtually, identify treatment goals, document sessions, and support client progress. This is a practical clinical role offering a stable full-time schedule and the convenience of remote practice in Arizona.

Requirements

• Active LMFT license in Arizona
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
• Strong understanding of family systems and relational therapy
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and on time
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records

Responsibilities

• Deliver scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
• Complete assessments and gather relevant clinical history
• Create measurable treatment goals and support client progress
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
• Provide therapy for relational, emotional, and behavioral concerns
• Apply appropriate therapeutic techniques based on client needs
