About The Position
In this position, you will guide clients through personal and relational challenges using evidence-based therapy methods. Your day-to-day work will focus on helping clients improve communication, resolve conflicts, and build healthier patterns—all delivered through a secure virtual environment.
Requirements
- Active LMFT license in the state of Texas
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- At least 2 years of clinical experience
- Strong communication and telehealth skills
- Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant platforms
Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
- Evaluate emotional and behavioral concerns
- Create actionable treatment plans tailored to each client
- Track and document client progress
- Offer practical tools for managing stress, relationships, and life transitions
- Participate in case discussions as needed
