About The Position

We are a relationship-driven, high-performing mortgage team committed to delivering a concierge-level experience to clients and Realtor partners. Our goal is to close $200 million in annual volume by 2031, and we are building the right team to make that happen. We are hiring a Licensed Loan Officer Assistant (LP2) to work directly alongside our leadership team and Team Captain. Requirements

• Active NMLS license
• 5+ years in mortgage processing, underwriting, LOA, or origination
• Strong knowledge of agency guidelines and major LOS platforms
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Accurately pre-approve borrowers
• Structure loans using DU/DO, LP, and investor guidelines
• Communicate clearly with clients and Realtors
• Identify issues early and provide solutions
• 5 calls to pre-approved buyers
• 5 calls to Realtors
• 5 follow-ups with new leads
• Perform daily pipeline reviews
• Deliver consistent updates
• Resolve issues before escalation
• Take full responsibility for your loans from contract to close
