About The Position
This position is intended for currently licensed life insurance agents who want to move directly into a structured production system with company-supported leads. We are seeking licensed life insurance agents who want to operate within a structured production environment designed to support consistent client activity and long-term professional growth. This opportunity is ideal for agents who prefer working with company-supported lead opportunities, mentorship, and a clear production system rather than navigating the challenges of generating all business independently. Agents in this role focus primarily on serving clients, presenting life insurance solutions, and building long-term relationships while working within an organized and supportive team environment. Our organization focuses on supporting agents with tools and systems designed to promote consistent production and long-term development. This structure allows agents to focus on client service and productive conversations rather than administrative complexity. Our organization operates within a unified agency model, meaning agents represent our production system and product offerings exclusively. To maintain compliance and operational alignment, agents selected to move forward must be willing to terminate outside insurance carrier appointments, operate exclusively within our agency structure, and follow established compliance and production guidelines. This structure allows us to provide resources, mentorship, and systems designed to support long-term growth and professional stability.
Requirements
- Active Life Insurance License in good standing
