About The Position
We are selectively onboarding currently licensed Texas life insurance agents in the Dallas–Fort Worth area who want a structured, supported sales environment without cold calling or door knocking. This opportunity is designed for agents who prefer qualified conversations , teamwork, and consistent support while building their own book of business.
Requirements
- Must hold an ACTIVE Texas Life Insurance License
- License must be in good standing
- Licensed Texas life insurance agents
- Agents located in or near Dallas–Fort Worth
Responsibilities
- Working directly with the Dallas–Fort Worth Regional Manager
- Participating in pre-arranged, professional group settings
- Delivering short, structured presentations (training provided)
- Meeting with interested individuals one-on-one after presentations
- Helping clients select appropriate life insurance solutions
- Collaborating with other licensed agents as part of a team-based model
