Maximus is hiring a Licensed Lead Operations Coordinator for the Indiana Child Mental Health Wraparound (IN CMHW) program. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) assessments for our Indiana Child Mental Health Wraparound (CMHW) program. The successful candidate will ensure assessments, intake paperwork and program referrals are completed in accordance with state directives, MAXIMUS processes, and regulatory timeframes. In addition, the Lead Operations Coordinator will provide support to assessors throughout the state of IN and review completed CANS assessments. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping individuals access vital support services. This position requires daily travel, approximately 50% within the region you are hired in, to conduct CANS assessments in clients' homes and obtain signatures on necessary documents. Please note: This position will be working for Maximus through a 3rd party vendor About the program: We are contracted with the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) Division of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA) to begin management of the Statewide Child Mental Health Wraparound Access Site. In this role, Maximus assessors will work with Indiana youth and their families to provide them with informational in-person consultations about available resources and where appropriate, administer assessments. The State will review assessment results and make decisions about potential eligibility for various wraparound around services.
