About The Position

We are seeking a Licensed Land Surveyor with extensive experience in civil engineering and land surveying to lead field operations, manage survey teams, and ensure project accuracy. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in survey plan preparation, regulatory compliance, and client management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications a plus).
• Professional Registered Land Surveyor (required).
• 10+ years in land surveying , including team leadership.
• Proficiency in InRoads/MicroStation, AutoCAD Civil 3D

Nice To Haves

• knowledge of LiDAR/sUAS

Responsibilities

• Oversee field survey crews and ensure accurate data collection.
• Prepare legal descriptions, survey calculations, and project budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local surveying regulations.
• Manage client relationships and support business development.
• Conduct quality control checks on survey plans and deliverables.
