Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work well with people.
• Ability to diagnose HVAC system problems accurately.
• Coachable and willing to learn from real-time feedback.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with residential HVAC systems including gas furnaces, heat pumps, and oil boilers.
• Familiarity with One Hour service system.

Responsibilities

• Learn and implement One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices.
• Accurately diagnose problems of clients' HVAC systems.
• Effectively recommend service and repair options to convert opportunities into sold work.
• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining a less than 1% callback ratio.
• Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control.
• Maintain a neat work area and inspect for cleanliness after each job completion.
• Ensure company vehicle is clean inside and out.
