Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in HVAC
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Strong work ethic and professionalism

Nice To Haves

• Experience with residential HVAC systems
• Knowledge of gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil-boilers, and geo-thermal systems

Responsibilities

• Learn and implement One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices
• Accurately diagnose problems of clients' HVAC systems
• Effectively recommend service and repair options to convert opportunities into sold work
• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining a less than 1% callback ratio
• Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control
• Maintain a neat work area and inspect for cleanliness after each job
• Maintain company vehicle, ensuring it is clean inside and out
