About The Position

This position combines both sales and service responsibilities. You will have the authority to quote, bind, and sell policies for home, auto, recreational vehicles, commercial businesses, and more. In addition, you will assist clients with policy changes, endorsements, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agency standards. you will manage renewals for clients and create temporary coverage documents (binders) and payment receipts for new insurance policies. Your role will also include answering phones, greeting customers, accepting premium payments, and supporting agents with claims and office operations.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain with company support)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Customer service experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
