About The Position
New Car Franchise Dealership in Smithtown, Long Island is looking for ambitious candidates for our Allstate Insurance Department. P&C LICENSE PREFERRED. We offer TOP HOURLY PAY (HOURLY NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE) to those in the field for this Full-time position. PLUS, highly competitive commission rates (Tiered scale based on amount sold). SATURDAY SHIFT (10am to 6pm) IS MANDATORY. Skill required for this position are but not limited to: Must be a Team Player and work well with others. Ambitious sales tactics. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Positive attitude with a high-energy personality. Organization and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities
- Completing the acquisition of insurance information for customer (whether they have Allstate or not)
- Pitching and producing quality sales numbers in the field of Personal Lines insurance
- Follow-up and customer service to those within our book of business
