About The Position
Personal Lines Sales Agent Job Summary Seeking a motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Sales Agent to join a dynamic team. As a Personal Lines Sales Agent, you will play a key role in driving revenue by converting warm leads into closed sales. With a steady flow of pre-qualified leads and a supportive team, this position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and success in the insurance industry. Compensation Package Base Salary : $38,000 - $48,000 annually + commissions Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; Life & Health (L&H) license is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Hawksoft software is preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to earn commission.
Responsibilities
- Handle a consistent flow of warm, pre-qualified leads transferred directly to you.
- Provide quotes for new and renewal business.
- Engage with clients via phone to answer inquiries, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Upsell additional products and services to meet client needs.
- Utilize Hawksoft software to manage client accounts and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including support staff, to ensure seamless service delivery.
