We have assisted many individuals in transitioning from a sales job to a 'Sales Career.' Once hired you will learn how to successfully sell health insurance through our paid training. Our agents are Appointed with all top insurance carriers: AARP/UHC, Aetna/Coventry, Cigna, Humana, Mutual of Omaha, and more. By offering the top Carriers, our agents are better able to help our clients choose the right Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D Plan.

Requirements

• Previous experience in health insurance, specifically with Medicare plans, is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain Medicare and how it works clearly and concisely.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with colleagues.
• A hunger to excel in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Educating clients: Provide clear explanations and guidance on the client's Medicare Options.
• Help clients understand their options and make informed decisions about their coverage.
• Assist clients in choosing the most suitable plan based on their specific healthcare needs.
• Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring the accurate completion of applications and submissions.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues related to specific plan benefits, doctor, and medication look-up.
• Stay updated with the latest changes in regulations and ensure strict adherence to guidelines.
