About The Position

Abbey Senior Cottage Assisted Living in O’Fallon is seeking a professional, caring, and dedicated Licensed Insulin Medication Aide (LIMA) to join our compassionate team. This position offers a 12-hour day/evening shift schedule in a supportive and resident-focused environment.

Requirements

Active LIMA license in the state of Missouri (required).
Knowledgeable in practices, procedures, and regulations governing Assisted Living facilities.
Must pass a background screening and be registered with the Family Care Safety Registry .
High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Administer medications in accordance with state regulations and facility policies.
Monitor residents for changes in condition and report findings to nursing staff.
Provide daily assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of medication administration and resident care.
Uphold the highest standards of resident care, safety, and confidentiality.
