About The Position
The A&P Inspector upholds organizational values by always working within the ethical guidelines established by the company. Exhibits sound and accurate judgment. Explains the reasoning for his/her decisions and includes the appropriate people in the decision-making process. Offers assistance and support to co-workers and actively strives to resolve conflicts when they arise. The A&P Inspector advocates and promotes company policies that include but are not limited to product safety issues, safe work practices, OSHA, EPA, Federal, State, and Local policies/regulations. Reports potentially unsafe conditions to his/her Crew Chief and/or a Senior Inspector if needed.
