About The Position

We are seeking a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) to deliver telehealth-based therapy services to adults and adolescents. This position centers on providing consistent clinical care, monitoring treatment outcomes, and supporting long-term mental health stability for clients in Nebraska. You will manage a defined caseload and focus on therapy delivery rather than administrative overload.

Requirements

• Active Nebraska LIMHP license
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Prior experience in outpatient or telehealth settings
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapy approaches
• Ability to manage a steady clinical caseload

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual mental health therapy sessions
• Complete diagnostic assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Create, implement, and review individualized treatment plans
• Document sessions in accordance with clinical and legal standards
• Monitor client progress and adjust care strategies as needed
• Maintain compliance with Nebraska mental health regulations
