About the position
We offer Licensed Therapists a competitive compensation package based on productivity with uncapped earning potential. The compensation range is between $80,000 and $107,000. This is a W2 employed position that includes a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Therapists will also have access to a 401K with a 4% match, options for part-time and full-time work, continuing education units (CEUs), paid parental leave, and malpractice insurance provided. The position is located in a beautiful new office in Sammamish, with additional locations throughout the area to make commuting easier. The offices are beautifully designed and thoughtfully laid out. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with weekends being optional, and offers a flexible schedule to accommodate work/life balance and personal schedules. The position follows a hybrid model, allowing for both in-person and remote flexibility.
Requirements
- Fully Licensed in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW)
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Ability to provide individual and/or couples therapy
