About The Position

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts LICSW, LMFT or LMHC license
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
• Proficiency with EHR documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled telehealth psychotherapy sessions
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Adhere to Massachusetts licensing and clinical standards
