We’re seeking a Massachusetts-licensed therapist who enjoys focused clinical work without the commute. You’ll support clients through video sessions, structured planning, and realistic follow-up.
Provide scheduled therapy appointments via secure telehealth platform
Conduct clinical assessments and formulate diagnoses
Develop treatment plans and review progress regularly
Maintain organized clinical records in the EMR
Join virtual peer consultations to discuss complex cases
Help refine telehealth practices from a clinician’s perspective
Active Massachusetts license: LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT
Master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited program
Prior therapy experience in a clinical setting
Ability to manage time and caseload in a remote environment
