This role focuses on providing therapy services to individuals using a strengths-based and evidence-informed approach. As an LICSW, you will support clients with emotional regulation, trauma history, and everyday challenges through consistent virtual care. Requirements

• Active Vermont LICSW license
• Master’s degree in social work
• Prior clinical therapy experience
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions remotely
• Assess psychosocial needs and treatment progress
• Document sessions according to compliance standards
• Coordinate care when referrals are appropriate
• Uphold Vermont clinical practice guidelines
