About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to deliver therapy services to adults through a fully remote model. This position is ideal for clinicians who value clear expectations, steady caseloads, and the ability to focus on therapy without in-person clinic demands.
Requirements
- Active Vermont LICSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Prior clinical therapy experience
- Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions via telehealth
- Conduct intake evaluations and ongoing clinical reviews
- Document sessions according to compliance requirements
- Coordinate care and referrals when appropriate
- Adhere to Vermont LICSW scope of practice
