About The Position
Degree Heating & Cooling is an established company with over 30 years of experience providing top tier service and quality products in many areas around the Glastonbury, CT area. Degree Heating & Cooling is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Licensed HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Glastonbury, CT. This is a full-time position servicing residential customers in a market with strong demand. Requirements
- Active Connecticut HVAC License (D2, S10, S2, or S1)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
- Residential service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Organized, reliable, and team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Run service calls and troubleshoot heating and cooling issues
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and recommend solutions
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and job site
- Participate in paid training, meetings, and team events
